    ARRIS SURFboard SB8200 DOCSIS 3.1 10 Gbps Cable Modem. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    Modem works perfectly.  I had an issue with decreasing speeds on my 1gb connection, want back and forth with my ISP, they saw nothing on their end and came to the conclusion that the problem was with my modem.  I ordered a new modem, replaced it but my issues continued.  Found out that the person troubleshooting didn't know what they were doing, it was all on them.   Never had an issue with this modem.
