    This really neat old piece just came from a great old estate here in Florida. It appears to me to be complete and in working order. The handle goes up & down as it should; turning the ink pad. Dust comes with it. I don’t clean a thing. Looks like this will easily clean right up. It is a Mercury, Model N.
