Vintage Dixie Tightener - 13 inch (Load Binder)

Description

This is a very nice load binder, it is small with a load limit o 400 lbs. It has a total length of 13 inches and very little visible rust. It would make a excellent collection piece or could be used as a functional piece.
This item was rescued from an Auction and while every effort was made to identify and show any defects, please review the photos closely as the item pictured is the item that will be shipped.
