Up for auction is a vintage metal printer's letterpress ink stamp or block, used to create the logo for the New York Athletic Club, or NYAC, located in New York City, which includes a winged foot.  The rectangular metal block measures approximately 1.25 by 1.75 inches in size, and stands approximately .5 inches in height.
The printer's block is in great vintage condition, with only very light surface scratches to the metal on the top.  However, there is some light surface rust present throughout.
